Terms of service

The service

Sage is a slide platform: an editor, a template marketplace, and an MCP server that lets an agent you control read and edit decks. Sage is operated from the United States at getsage.us.

Sage never invokes an AI model on your behalf. Agents you connect run under your own accounts, your own keys, and your own terms with their providers. You are responsible for what your connected agent does with your decks.

Early access

Sage is in early release. Accounts are approved by hand. We may change or withdraw features while in early access. We give notice of material changes by email.

Your content

Decks, sources, and templates you upload stay yours. You grant Sage the license needed to store, render, and process them to provide the service, and nothing more. We do not train models on your content. Delete your content and the license ends.

Templates and the marketplace

Publishing a template grants buyers a license to generate decks from it. The template itself stays the designer's. Listings must meet the marketplace standards: accurate previews, an honest description, stated limitations. We remove listings that break them.

Decks you generate from a template are yours to use without restriction. Reselling the template itself is not permitted.

Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no malware, no scraping other users' content, no attempts to break isolation between accounts. Rate limits and quotas protect the service; working around them is a breach of these terms.

Billing

Paid plans are billed by Stripe on a subscription. Plan quotas are metered on Sage tool calls. Cancel any time; access runs to the end of the paid period. Template purchases are one-time and refundable within 14 days if you have not generated from the template.

Liability

Sage is provided as-is during early access. To the extent the law allows, our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for the actions of agents you connect.
