Privacy

What we collect

• Your account: email address and sign-in identity.
• Your content: decks, sources, and templates you upload, and the decks you generate.
• Tool activity: which Sage actions ran against which deck, with timings and errors. This powers the live editor view, resume after a disconnect, and plan quotas.
• Billing: handled by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers.

What we never touch

Agents connect to Sage under your control. Your agent's conversations, prompts, and model usage stay between you and your model provider. Sage records the tool calls it serves, nothing upstream of them.

We do not train models on your content. We do not sell data.

Where it lives

Content and account data live in our database and storage provider (Supabase). Rendering runs on our compute provider (Fly.io). Emails go through Resend. Payments go through Stripe. Each processes data only to provide their part of the service.

Email

Every email we send is transactional: sign-in links, account notices, receipts. There is no marketing list. Reply STOP to any of them and we stop mailing your address.

Retention and deletion

Delete your account under Settings. It runs immediately: your decks, uploaded files, sources, and profile are erased, and any subscription is cancelled. Database backups roll off within 7 days. Stripe keeps the transaction records the law requires.

No access to Settings? Email founders@getsage.us from your account address and we run the same deletion within 30 days.

Delete a deck and it leaves your account right away. Activity events are pruned on a rolling window; aggregate metrics remain.

Want a copy of your data? Email founders@getsage.us from your account address. We send your profile, deck files, and sources within 30 days.
